My calling in life from a very young age has always been to help others. This burning desire led me to the Sivananda Ashram in Northern California, where I learned the teachings of meditation and yoga. There I learned the profound effect they have on the human condition. Continuing my journey I then wanted to understand the inner workings and functions of the body through Ultrasound. Going even deeper into my understanding of health, wellness, and human optimization I pursued a certification in epigenetics, peptides, and nutrition. This knowledge gives me a full spectrum of how to help others in their health optimization journey. My goal is to guide my clients towards confidence in their health and wellness goals with preventative practices. The body is magic and like the universe, there are so many moving parts.
